Morrison Plantation is located about 20 miles north of Uptown Charlotte and west of I-77 off exit 33. Home sites range in size but are topically around a quarter acre. Architecture is mostly traditional with partial brick and home sizes range from 2000 square feet to about 4000 square feet. Prices ranges are between 200K to high 500K. Some of the amenities are a large pool & club house, playground & family areas, tennis courts, walking trails and some homes come with water views of the in-neighborhood lake. Plus, you are only a short walk away from the local YMCA. In the past few years this area has really developed and now offers all the shopping and dinning that one would want.
