Morrison Cove is located about 20 miles north of Uptown Charlotte off I-77 off exit 33 or 36 in Mooresville, North Carolina. This little peninsula off Brawley School road has some very nice waterviews of Lake Norman. Home lot sizes range in size but are around a half acre giving owners a nice estate feel.
